The coating material of curtain wall panel shall be fluorocarbon resin with high standby strength or other materials with equivalent or higher performance. High strength polyvinylidene fluoride polyfluorocarbon resin is more widely used, but pure PVDF resin should not be directly applied to aluminum, and other materials should be properly added to change its coating performance, which constitutes the commonly called 70% fluorocarbon resin. The raw material quality of main materials is closely related to the product quality of aluminum plastic plate. Poor quality waste plastics often contain a large number of harmful impurities and seriously aged plastics, which is extremely detrimental to the quality of aluminum plastic plates.
